I am researching Escrit/Escreet [/red] in the Tunstall and Hutton Cranswick areas of E. Yorks. Is there anybody else researching this family? I am back to ca 1680 and would like to share information.

Hi Lynne
I have a John M Escreet in my tree, he married Coralee Ponter in Sydney in 1915. He was originally from Melbourne. His parents names were William and Ellen.
Is there any connection in your tree?
Ken
