Yes but not simply as a site for yet another chain like Tesco to screw local businesses. Give smaller and local businesses a chance.

Mr Blair and Co want there to be less congestion on the roads - well how about local businesses getting their supllies from more local sources and protecting jobs at the same time ? If jobs are protected, does this not produce more revenue for the treasury ?
