I use the cycle track between Nafferton & Driffield twice every day. But the last week I only have been able to use part of it because of the hedge cuttings coating the path. They are the worst I have seen, full of large thorns, not only are they a hazard to cycle tyres but also pedestrians and runners etc. Is it the farmers or councils responsibility to keep this path ( which is also part of the National Cycle Way) clear after cutting?
