Trying ot trace any descendants of the prolific Atkinson clan living at Upton between Beeford and Skipsea Brough at the end of the 18th century My g.g.g.g grandmother Elizabeth Atkinson married Robert Brown of Bridlington in 1800 at Beeford Parish Church. She was originally christened Betty. She died at the age of 99. I have traced 1 sister Jane, who never married and was also in her 90s when she died.
Their father was Thomas Atkinson who appears to have had a large number of children,he was from Atwick.
