Looking for any information on James M Raines born c1853/54 Driffield, Birth not found on FreeBMD or anywhere else, there is one for a James Raines 1850 which is a possibility but after his marriage he says he is born c1853/54 in all the census.
James M Raines married Margaret McBean c1876, again no marriage found for this couple but first child born in Lofthouse, Yorks. Margaret was the daughter of William McBean and Mary Crawford/Croforth my grandfathers Great Aunt |

Many thanks for the marriage and birth entry, never thought to try other name variations.
Still not found anything for James M Raines c1853, he did turn up in a census under the name Rains, so i will have to wait until this birth record turns up online.
