Information about Benjamin Short, son of George and Mary Coverdale, was a bricklayer in 1881 but a builder by 1891. He married Emily Raines in 1882 at Nafferton and had nine children by 1901 census.
Also looking for information about his son George Edward b. 1885.

Thank you for your replies. I have sinced found out Benjamin died in 1908 and his wife Emily Raines Short then married William Jefferson 1909 and appears on 1911 census in Hull.
George Edward married Thirza Lyon of Huyton Quarry and was a railway porter in 1915 living in Hull before moving to Bridlington.
